1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipment.
  • Order Cut-off Time:
    Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days):
    Delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. This is our most economical option.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days):
    Get your order in 2-3 business days with expedited shipping. Ideal for customers who need their skincare products sooner.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day):
    Order by 3 PM EST for next-day delivery (Monday to Friday). Please note that this option is not available for weekends or holidays.
  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the U.S.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery method and the weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically $5.95 (free for orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically $15.95
  • Overnight Shipping: Typically $25.95

Please note: shipping fees for international orders may vary and will be calculated at checkout.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • U.S. Shipping Only:
    Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
    We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping methods. Please ensure your address is accurate to avoid delivery delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status through your account on our website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.


6. Missing or Lost Packages

  • Missing Package:
    If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. In some cases, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it arrives.
  • Lost Package:
    If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at info@saltandtsone.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or assist you with filing a claim.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you in processing a return or sending a replacement product at no additional cost.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery in the near future.
